Daffodil

It's snowing here in Bellingham now. We got Daffodils at co-op a couple of days ago. Springlike.

Sun Bathing

Wow! We had such a beautiful day here in Bellingham. Sunny!! Unbelievable!!! I walked to Boulevard Park from my house to take pictures with both my holga pinhole and Nikon this afternoon. There were so many people enjoying the sun in the park. Not only people but also birds were having a relaxing afternoon there!

Whatcom Creek

Pinhole photography, which I had not known anything about till last month, thanks to Rob and his friend's helps, I could move forward. First, his friend let me use his pinhole camera. I took some pictures with it. After developing the film, what we learnt was the camera had a problem of light leaking. The pictures were partly spoiled because of that. So, Rob took apart the camera and put the pinhole in a holga camera which he never used anymore. And... this is the picture which was taken by the holga pinhole camera Rob made! Although the picture was over exposed actually, I am very very happy about posting this picture here. The journey of my pinhole photography has just started!

Strawberry Roll Cake

For me, desert is very important to celebrate special days, like birthday or Christmas. I made Strawberry Roll Cake to calebrate New Year instead of Japanese traditional food which Japanese people have for New Year celebration.

Readers, I wish you a happy and sweet new year! ;) Thanks for visiting my blog!
